“New names have been added to the Kazan Book of Honour," - the report says. - Thus, the following persons and organizations were honored: the director and art director of the Kazan Chamber Orchestra La Primavera Rustem Abyazov, AO Research and production association “Radioelectronics" named after V.I. Shimko and MA "Vodokanal".

"Rustem Abyazov is a very talented person who not only manages the orchestra, but also organizes various major festivals and charity concerts," said Lyudmila Andreeva – the Deputy Head of Kazan.

The decision to introduce the names was made at the meeting of the Presidium of Kazan city duma. In total, the Kazan Book of Honour includes about 100 names of individuals, enterprises and organizations that have made a significant contribution to the development of various activity fields in Tatarstan.
